1. A Tool, Not a Provider

Lysander is a practice-management tool that helps counsellors and coaches organise patient records, session notes and tasks. Haijahr is a software provider. We are not a healthcare provider, a counselling or coaching service, or a party to the relationship between a practitioner and their patient. We do not deliver, supervise or review any care.

2. No Clinical or Medical Advice

Nothing in Lysander — including any feature, prompt, template, label or content — constitutes clinical, medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as such. Clinical decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the qualified practitioner. Lysander does not diagnose, treat, or recommend treatment.

3. Not for Emergencies

Practitioners should make their own crisis and safeguarding arrangements with their patients and should not rely on Lysander to surface urgent issues.

4. Professional Responsibility

Practitioners using Lysander remain solely responsible for their own professional conduct, for compliance with the standards of their regulator or professional body, and for their legal obligations as a data controller for patient information (see our Data Processing Agreement). Lysander does not replace professional judgement, supervision, or record-keeping obligations imposed by your profession.

5. Accuracy of Records

Information held in Lysander is entered by practitioners and patients. Haijahr does not verify the accuracy, completeness or clinical appropriateness of any content. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
