Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lysander CRM platform ("Service") a product of Haijahr Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Lysander CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform with built-in ERP functionality. The Service allows you to:

  • Manage contacts, companies, deals, leads, and other business records
  • Create and manage invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, and expenses
  • Build custom modules and fields
  • Send emails, create web forms, and run marketing campaigns
  • Invite team members to your organization

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and at least one organization. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Plans & Billing

The Service is available under different plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and limits. Details of current plans and pricing are displayed on our website.

  • Free plan — available at no cost with limited features and record counts
  • Paid plans — billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Trials — we may offer free trials of paid plans. At the end of a trial, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe
  • Price changes — we may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

  • You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service
  • You are the data controller for personal data stored within your CRM. We act as your data processor
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate lawful bases (e.g., consent or legitimate interest) to store personal data about your contacts in the CRM
  • Each organization's data is isolated — no other tenant can access your data

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or any form of abuse via the email features
  • Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Availability & Support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Haijahr Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your Data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted
  • Sections relating to data ownership, liability, and governing law survive termination

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
